Our Chairman is the father of our CEO/CVO. He also serves as the Senior Pastor of Third Missionary Baptist Church, following the vision God gave him in 1975 and later founding the church in 1981. Before accepting his call into the ministry, he was a savvy and successful entrepreneur, owning the first Black-owned insurance agency in the Midwest.
